I love preaching to adults and students. It’s a great privilege as a preacher of the gospel to see people surrender to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, recommit their lives to Christ, decide to make their faith public through baptism, and surrender to God’s call to vocational ministry. I also get excited when I see parents commit to becoming the primary disciplers of their children. Husbands decide that they are going to lead their families well and stand in the gap for them spiritually. It’s also fun to watch student ministry leaders and volunteers to catch God’s vision for partnering with parents and the church family to engage the next generation with the gospel and ground them in the Word of God.
